Beschreibung

Mit unserer Sommerschule Providersteuerung bieten wir Ihnen ein 4-tägiges Intensiv-Training für Providermanager: Wenn Sie in Ihrem Unternehmen IT-Service-Provider steuern und ggf. auch schon ein Providermanagement-Grundlagenseminar bei uns besucht haben, haben Sie hier die Chance, Ihre Kompetenzen in der Providersteuerung deutlich auszubauen.

Hierfür haben wir drei Seminare aus unserem Akademie-Angebot kombiniert und aufeinander abgestimmt. Als Einstieg bieten wir eine Zusammenfassung der Providermanagement-Grundlagen, die Ihnen einen Überblick über Aufgaben und Zusammenhänge bietet. Im Anschluss zeigen wir Ihnen die Basics der Dienstleistersteuerung auf, die es Ihnen ermöglichen, konstruktiv und effizient mit Dienstleistern umzugehen. In der zweiten Hälfte der Sommerschule lernen Sie dann in vielen Praxis-Übungen, wie Sie aktiv eine effektive Kooperationsbeziehung zu Ihren Service-Providern entwickeln.

Der Tag 1 gibt einen Überblick über das Aufgabengebiet des IT-Providermanagements: Es werden Rahmenvorgaben, Methoden und Organisation für eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit Service Providern aufgezeigt. Wesentliche Aufgabenbereiche und deren mögliche Ausgestaltung werden transparent. Mit viel Raum für Übungen, Diskussion und Erfahrungsaustausch erhalten Teilnehmer eine Idee, wie die Grundlagen in der eigenen Praxis umgesetzt werden können.

Tag 2 Sommerschule: Dienstleistersteuerung – Basics

Trainer: Jörg Bujotzek

An Tag 2 erlernen Sie Grundkenntnisse zur professionellen Steuerung von Dienstleistern. Der Fokus liegt auf dem lateralen Führen, d.h. darauf, ohne direkte Weisungsbefugnis Details der Aufgabe und der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Dienstleister abzustimmen und im Anschluss die externe Leistungserbringung effizient zu überwachen und zu steuern. Die Handhabung der Steuerungs-Basics werden anschaulich durch viele Übungen und Fallbeispiele.

    (Governance-Vorgaben, Ziele, Führen ohne Weisungsbefugnis, Commitment schaffen)

Entwicklung einer effektiven Kooperationsbeziehung (Teil 1)

Tag 3 und 4 stellen die Kooperation mit Service Providern auf der zwischenmenschlichen Ebene in den Mittelpunkt: Tag 3 steht unter dem Motto „Learning by Doing“ und bietet als Schwerpunkt Praxisübungen. Es werden typische Situationen aus der Praxis (gerne auch von Teilnehmern) in den frühen Beziehungsphasen bearbeitet.

ANLASS

Immer mehr Unternehmen vergeben IT-Services an einen oder mehrere Service-Provider. Obwohl die organisatorische Ausgestaltung des Outsourcings gut vorbereitet wird, treten in der Betriebsphase, d.h. in der Praxis der Providersteuerung oft Probleme auf: Der Provider hält entweder die Vorgaben nicht ein oder bereits abgesprochene Ziele werden nicht wunschgemäß umgesetzt. Meist stellt sich heraus, dass im operativen Betrieb vor allem die „weichen“ Faktoren eine entscheidende Rolle spielen, wenn es darum geht, Providermanagement erfolgreich umzusetzen. Aus unserer Erfahrung sollte die Kooperation mit den Providern auf der fachlichen Ebene, aber insbesondere auch auf der zwischenmenschlichen Ebene gezielt geführt werden. Wie das geht, zeigen wir im Seminar Praxis der IT-Providersteuerung auf: neben organisatorischen Aspekten beinhaltet dies insbesondere die Entwicklung einer Kooperationsbeziehung. Diese ermöglicht es, Konflikte mit dem Provider im Vorfeld zu vermeiden beziehungsweise im Bedarfsfall schnell und konstruktiv zu lösen. Hierbei nimmt der IT-Providermanager eine zentrale Rolle ein: Er hält alle Fäden in der Hand, wenn es darum geht, Sach- und Beziehungsebene der Zusammenarbeit effektiv und erfolgreich zu steuern.

Immer mehr Unternehmen vergeben IT-Services an einen oder mehrere Service-Provider. Obwohl die organisatorische Ausgestaltung des Outsourcings gut vorbereitet wird, treten in der Betriebsphase, d.h. in der Praxis der Providersteuerung oft Probleme auf: Der Provider hält entweder die Vorgaben nicht ein oder bereits abgesprochene Ziele werden nicht wunschgemäß umgesetzt. Meist stellt sich heraus, dass im operativen Betrieb vor allem die „weichen“ Faktoren eine entscheidende Rolle spielen, wenn es darum geht, Providermanagement erfolgreich umzusetzen. Aus unserer Erfahrung sollte die Kooperation mit den Providern auf der fachlichen Ebene, aber insbesondere auch auf der zwischenmenschlichen Ebene gezielt geführt werden. Wie das geht, zeigen wir im Seminar Praxis der IT-Providersteuerung auf: neben organisatorischen Aspekten beinhaltet dies insbesondere die Entwicklung einer Kooperationsbeziehung. Diese ermöglicht es, Konflikte mit dem Provider im Vorfeld zu vermeiden beziehungsweise im Bedarfsfall schnell und konstruktiv zu lösen. Hierbei nimmt der IT-Providermanager eine zentrale Rolle ein: Er hält alle Fäden in der Hand, wenn es darum geht, Sach- und Beziehungsebene der Zusammenarbeit effektiv und erfolgreich zu steuern.

ANLASS

Immer mehr Unternehmen vergeben IT-Services an einen oder mehrere Service-Provider. Obwohl die organisatorische Ausgestaltung des Outsourcings gut vorbereitet wird, treten in der Betriebsphase, d.h. in der Praxis der Providersteuerung oft Probleme auf: Der Provider hält entweder die Vorgaben nicht ein oder bereits abgesprochene Ziele werden nicht wunschgemäß umgesetzt. Meist stellt sich heraus, dass im operativen Betrieb vor allem die „weichen“ Faktoren eine entscheidende Rolle spielen, wenn es darum geht, Providermanagement erfolgreich umzusetzen. Aus unserer Erfahrung sollte die Kooperation mit den Providern auf der fachlichen Ebene, aber insbesondere auch auf der zwischenmenschlichen Ebene gezielt geführt werden. Wie das geht, zeigen wir im Seminar Praxis der IT-Providersteuerung auf: neben organisatorischen Aspekten beinhaltet dies insbesondere die Entwicklung einer Kooperationsbeziehung. Diese ermöglicht es, Konflikte mit dem Provider im Vorfeld zu vermeiden beziehungsweise im Bedarfsfall schnell und konstruktiv zu lösen. Hierbei nimmt der IT-Providermanager eine zentrale Rolle ein: Er hält alle Fäden in der Hand, wenn es darum geht, Sach- und Beziehungsebene der Zusammenarbeit effektiv und erfolgreich zu steuern.

    • 2. Storming (Beziehungs- und Konfliktmanagement): Erarbeitung von Win-Win-Lösungen im Konfliktfall.
