Die Art der Gestaltung von Geschäftsprozessen bestimmt wesentlich die Effizienz in den Fachbereichen und damit den Erfolg eines Unternehmens. Dies gilt zunehmend in Zeiten beschleunigter Veränderung der Märkte, vermehrten Outsourcings und hohen Kostendrucks: Intelligent gestaltete Geschäftsprozesse und angemessene Automatisierung der Prozesse bieten die Möglichkeit, besser als die Konkurrenz zu sein – sowohl aus Kosten- als auch aus Produkt- und Dienstleistungs-Sicht.
