ANLASS

Viele IT-Outsourcing-Projekte in Unternehmen verfehlen die angestrebten Ziele: i.d.R. Reduzierung der IT-Kosten und Erhöhung der Flexibilität. Wesentliche Gründe hierfür sind neben unklaren Vertragsvereinbarungen das Unterschätzen des erforderlichen Providermanagements in der Betriebsphase: Nur wenige Unternehmen überwachen und steuern ihre Service Provider effizient. Viele IT-Outsourcing-Projekte in Unternehmen verfehlen die angestrebten Ziele: i.d.R. Reduzierung der IT-Kosten und Erhöhung der Flexibilität. Viele IT-Outsourcing-Projekte in Unternehmen verfehlen die angestrebten Ziele: i.d.R. Reduzierung der IT-Kosten und Erhöhung der Flexibilität.
