After contract award, we ensure that the service provider completes all necessary preparations during the transition project to take over service operations. We also coordinate internal tasks and responsibilities required for a smooth transition.
After the service provider has taken over operations, we ensure that any outstanding tasks from the transition phase are completed and any issues are resolved. We also help establish efficient provider management practices.
