  • conception of the IT service portfolio management
  • design of a service catalog
  • specification of individual IT services and their service levels
  • design of the administration of all services in the service catalog and the access of all relevant user groups to catalog contents

In addition, we ensure that the processes in your IT service management are set up appropriately, in which external service providers will also participate in the future. We support you with the following services:

  • analysis of existing processes and their design
  • analysis of weak points and development of optimization approaches
  • redesign or new conception of processes incl. consistent documentation
  • design of the process quality determination on basis of key performance indicators (incl. reporting)
  • planning and managing the implementation of processes

In outsourcing projects, we help you to purchase the required services with the right quality, to specify all essential aspects in contracts, to select the right service provider and to obtain attractively priced services.

We support you in all phases of the outsourcing life cycle:

  • development and review of your sourcing strategy, derivation of individual outsourcing measures
  • development of the concept for an outsourcing measure (service specification, pricing model, process interfaces, tool deployment, governance approach, service provider control, etc.) including business case development
  • selection and evaluation of cloud services
  • preparation of tender documents, request for proposals
  • bid evaluation, negotiation with bidders, contract drafting until award of contract
  • For German clients of the public sector:
    ensuring that the tendering process complies with German public procurement law
